Field Sales Representative opportunity

HouseMaster Home Inspections is a rapidly growing business, and we are now hiring PART TIME Field Sales Representative. You will leverage an established infrastructure and winning brand to enhance your professional image and growth as a professional. What You’ll Do

Manage the relationship with top real estate brokers in Broward
Responsible for realtor relationships by frequently calling, emailing, texting
Visiting physical real estate brokers in the entire Broward territory
Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections to close deals.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Become an expert in home inspections and provide service recommendations quickly to suit client needs.
Run face-to-face educational presentations with brokers/realtors (training and guidance will be provided)

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, Mobile Apps and Web Based Applications (CRM, SMS Management, Ordering, Reporting – on the job training will be provided). Microsoft Access knowledge is a plus. Needs to be technology savvy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Previous experience working with real estate agents or brokers is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver's license required.
